About the house
Why a lobby, and why one game
Some places are good at making you feel expected. We wanted a small corner of the web that did the same.
Where the idea came from
Anyone who has waited in a grand hotel lobby knows the particular calm of it. Voices drop a little. The light comes from above, filtered through crystal, and lands softly on marble and brass. Nobody hurries you. Nice of Hotel began as an attempt to carry that mood into a game, without the check-in desk, the room keys or the bill at the end.
We are not a hotel and have no connection with any hotel, chain or travel company. The name is a nod to an atmosphere, not an address. You won't find rooms, rates or reservations here, only a single table and the free coins that go with it.
One table, done properly
Many social casinos open with a wall of games. We went the other way. The Chandelier Hour is the only game in the house, and that let us spend our attention on the details: symbols drawn for this lounge, reels that ease to a stop instead of snapping, a paytable short enough to read in a minute, and a result that is settled by a secure random draw before any animation plays.
Keeping to one game also keeps things honest. There is no rotation of promotions, no daily bonus wheel and no countdown nudging you to return. The table is here whenever you'd like it, and just as easy to leave.
What we will never do
Nice of Hotel is a social gaming site and nothing more. We don't take bets, sell coins or offer prizes, and the virtual balance you see can't be converted into money or anything else of value. It lives in your browser tab and resets the moment you reload. Play is limited to adults aged 18 and over, and we'd rather you enjoyed a short spin than a long one.
Who looks after the lounge
A small, independent team designs and maintains the site. We write the copy, draw the symbols and test the reels ourselves, and we read every message that reaches our support desk. If something feels off, whether it's a display glitch, an unclear rule or a thought about how the lounge could be kinder, we'd genuinely like to hear it.
