1. Who we are

This policy covers niceofhotel.com ("Nice of Hotel", "we", "us"), a free-to-play social casino website offering one game played with virtual coins. It explains what information is handled when you visit and how we treat it.

2. Information we don't collect

You don't need an account to use the site. We don't ask for your name, address, date of birth or payment details, and we don't store your coin balance or game history. Your balance exists only in the memory of your open browser tab and is cleared when you reload or leave.

3. Information handled automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard technical data when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These server logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are kept only for a limited period.

Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy terms.

4. Cookies

The site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies, and the game itself uses none. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated first and, where required, your consent requested.

5. When you email us

If you write to support@niceofhotel.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to improve the site, keep it no longer than needed for that purpose, and don't share it with third parties except where the law requires.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, or to object to its use. Because we hold very little, most requests concern support emails. Write to us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Age

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has contacted us, let us know and we'll delete the message.

We may revise this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
