- Is this real-money gambling?
- No. Nice of Hotel is a social casino. The Chandelier Hour uses free virtual coins only, and nothing you do here can win or lose money.
- Can I buy more coins?
- There's nothing to buy. If your balance runs low, press Reset balance under the reels and you'll be back to 1,000 coins right away.
- Why did my balance disappear?
- Your coins live only in the open browser tab. Reloading or closing the page starts a fresh balance. We don't save it because we don't store anything about your play.
- Can coins be cashed out or given to a friend?
- No. The coins have no value outside the game and can't be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for anything.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There's no sign-up, login or download. Open the page and play.
- How are the results decided?
- Every symbol on every reel is drawn from your browser's secure random generator the moment you press Spin, before the reels start moving. The game page lists the full paytable and all five lines.
- Who can play?
- Adults aged 18 and over. The site is intended for entertainment only.
- The reels look odd on my screen.
